Duration 90 minutes


You will learn how to make fresh soy milk and the authentic and delicate Japanese tofu. At the end of the class you will be provided with 3 delicious recipes using the soybean pulps. This class is available to the UK mainland address only. 200g soybeans and coagulant needed for the class are included in the price which will be shipped.



You will receive a class instruction with a full recipe a few days before the workshop by email. 


You will need:

  • Large pot 5L or bigger
  • Large bowl + medium bowl
  • Wooden spatula + Silicon spatula
  • Food processor or blender
  • Large sieve + Small to medium sieve
  • Small glass + teaspoon
  • White tea towel
  • Ladle
  • Kitchen thermometer
  • Waterproof/heat resistant kitchen/oven glove (not essential but useful in handling the hot soy milk)

  • 200g Soybeans
  • 8g Food grade epsom salt
